deposit and cancellation policy:
Each one of our guests will be contacted at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time to confirm date, time and specific services. Your appointments are very important to your stylist, as it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Because of the demand of time for our color and blonding appointments we will take a deposit based on the time required for these services. Deposits will be taken at the time of booking and can be refunded at anytime up until 24 hours before the scheduled service. Once you receive your service your deposit amount will be taken off of your service total at checkout.
Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as the ability to keep our team member’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Salon Beck Gift Cards are acceptable tenders for all services and products. Unfortunately we are unable to add gratuities onto a credit card.
